How do I make a reservation?
After you’ve looked over our line of inflatable moonwalks, slides, interactive games, clowns, and more, simply go to our Reservations sections and submit the form to check availability for your event rental. You may also call us at 901-754-8007.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Make your reservation as soon as possible so you’ll be sure to get the party rental you want. Many of our customers reserve weeks or months in advance.

What does the standard rental include?
All rentals include delivery, set up, take down, removal, and consultation with a trained and experienced team member in advance and on the day of your event. Contact us at anytime if you have questions or concerns.

What ages are appropriate for your equipment?
Ages 2 to adult.

How many children can fit in the bounce?
Typically 6 to 12.

How much space do we need to rent a bounce or slide?
Many of our units require 20' by 20' with 20' clearance all around.

Where can your equipment be setup?
We can set up our bounces on paved surfaces, grass, and indoor floors. The area should be free of dirt, rocks and sand. Sprinkler systems should be shut off and not above ground.

What are the power requirements?
All equipment requiring electricity should be within 100 feet of a standard residential power (120 volts.) Power cords and extensions are included in the rental price.

Who will set up and take down the equipment?
A trained and experienced Bounce-N-Fun team member handles delivery, setup, take down, and removal as part of our rental fee.

What payment methods may I use?
Reservations require a credit or debit card. Final payment on your rental day can be cash, debit card or credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards.
